Key function description:
1. Power switch (ON/OFF): the function of turning on and off the power;
2. CHANCE: Press this button to select the function
3. Hold (HOLD): Press this button to pause the current weight, and the HOLD light on the right side of the screen is on; press this button again to cancel the hold function.
4. ZERO: Press this button to reset the residual value on the screen to zero and deduct the net weight from the container.
Notes when power is insufficient:
This product uses a water-free rechargeable battery (DC 6V). When the power is insufficient, the following signals will appear on the screen:
a. Digital flickering may be a signal of insufficient power. At this time, you should recharge to protect the battery life. If you continue to use it, it can be used for about 10 hours.
b. After turning on, if the screen font brightness is blurred, it means that the power has been exhausted, please turn off and charge immediately.
c. After power on, if the screen cannot display at all, it means charging is difficult or the battery is damaged. Please send it to the dealer for repair.
Charging instructions and methods:
1. The power of this model can be used continuously for 150 hours, but in order to extend the battery life, please charge it at any time when in neutral, or please charge it once within 48 hours (one week) of use.
2. When charging, it must be used correctly according to the charger specifications (110V, 220V, 50/60HZ) to avoid damage.
3. When charging, please turn off the power switch of the crane scale, it can be charged quickly, and the power will be automatically cut off when the battery is saturated. When charging, the battery light on the left of the screen lights up, indicating that the charging is normal.
Precautions for use:
1. This crane scale has passed the tensile test of the Metal Development Center, and the safety overload factor is more than 200%.
2. The weight of the lifting items should not exceed the total weight.
3. Please do routine maintenance and inspection frequently to ensure safe use. The basic inspection items are as follows:
a. Whether the screws are loose.
b. Whether the hooks, rings and other parts are corroded, deformed or worn.
c. Whether the parts have cracks or metal fatigue.
d. Whether the tip of the opening falls off.
