Precautions for use of checkweigher:
1) Before operation of the equipment, please check whether the power supply has been supplied, whether the weighing display is in the zero zone, etc., and the equipment must not be operated forcibly to avoid danger.
2) Before running the equipment, please make sure that the parameters have been set, otherwise the system will not operate normally
3) During the operation of the equipment, personnel should not reach out to inspect the equipment to avoid accidents.
4) It is strictly forbidden to place heavy objects on the weighing platform to avoid crushing the sensor or placing the test object accidentally to test other objects.
5) During equipment operation, personnel and other equipment should not touch the weighing platform, which will affect the accuracy of check weighing.
6) During the operation of the equipment, do not blow air from the air conditioner or fan to the weighing platform. Affect the progress, and the time to judge the weight, (affect the efficiency and accuracy)
7) During the test, personnel should not touch the weighing platform, so as not to affect the accuracy and cause excessive errors and cause misjudgment.
8) After installation and commissioning, non-professionals should not open the electrical cabinet to modify the circuit and system parameters to avoid malfunction of the equipment.
9) Stop the equipment or when the equipment operator leaves the equipment, please stop the equipment, and do not leave the equipment unattended when the equipment is in normal operation.
10) The parameters in the pictures introduced above on the touch screen are for function testing, please do not write in comparison.
