Introduction of Checkweigher/Weight Sorting Machine:
The weight sorting machine detects the weight of the products on the production line with high-speed dynamic weight reading, and can accurately detect products with unqualified weights in the continuous production line, and perform up and down line discrimination or automatic weight sorting control based on this. It is especially suitable for the inspection of missing parts in packaged products and abnormal deviation of the weight of a single piece. The packaged products pass the checkweigher weighing test, the qualified ones will be sent back to the original conveyor belt, the unqualified ones will be rejected (or alarm shutdown), and the products are classified and counted according to the settings, and the feedback signal is automatically provided to adjust and correct the feeding equipment. , Text display fault alarm information, multiple graphics statistics display and other functions.
